CTUIR Community Preparedness Survey

Instructions

Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) is conducting this survey to understand the preparedness needs and risk perceptions of its residents. This survey is a part of the Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP) update process. The HMP will help CTUIR to prevent significant property damage and loss of life in the event of a disaster.

Hazard mitigation is any sustainable action to reduce or eliminate long-term risk to human life and property from hazards. Mitigation breaks the cycle of disaster damage, reconstruction, and repeated damage.

This survey should only take about 10 minutes to complete. All responses will be kept confidential, and your participation is strictly voluntary. Your input will help CTUIR better serve our members and UIR residents.

Please complete the survey by June 19, 2021.
